Late orders submission after monthly cut-off date(i.e.15th) will not be accepted. 不接受遲交訂單
Every order total amount should be at least HKD$150. 每次預購訂單金額最少達港元$150或以上，低於港元$150 之訂單將不獲處理
Pre-sale orders placed do not secure the stocks available. You will be informed directly via whatsapp when the selected items are out of stocks. Please DO NOT make payment before order confirmation.已預訂之產品如沒有足夠貨量或缺貨，會作個別通知，待訂單確認後才付款！
Payment: FPS/ WeChat/ Alipay & cash are all accepted. Payment detail will be sent upon ORDER CONFIRMATION via whatsapp round *16-25th* of each month.可接受轉數快/微信支付/支付寶或現金付款，大約於該月份的16-25號會發出訂單確認及付款通知！
Delivery: Around 3-14 days after Payment date, depends on different items designed.訂單確認及付款後大約3-14日內送運，視乎個別設計要求之貨品
Orders below HKD$500 will be delivered in Person or by courier with delivery charge.港元$500 以下訂單可面交， 或安排順豐到付，需自付運費
Orders above $500 will be delivered to your address free of delivery charge.港元$500 或以上訂單可面交或安排速遞送貨，免運費
Refund policy: No refund granted for individual customized items which are produced with additional costs and not able to resale in market. Please check carefullyand confirm the design layout before proceed order payment. 為客戶特別訂制之產品，因已涉及額外製作成本，生產後不能再作改動，也未能再次出售，如客戶最後不合心意，恕未能提供退款; 請於付款前盡量與設計師溝通，並仔細核對作品稿件細節，確保作品質素滿意！ Full refund only when the purchased items are out of stocks unexpectedly.如已付款之貨品缺貨，會安排全數退款
